Connecting human services to the community for a better future.

Supporting our local youth and families’ well-being through educational and culturally competent social services.

In 1977, a group of community leaders came together to address concerns regarding the overrepresentation of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in the US criminal justice and child welfare systems, in comparison to the lack of resources for employment and education available for disengaged community members.

Since then, ConXión, a community based 501c(3) non-profit, has been successfully providing education, workforce, youth opportunities, behavioral health and other social services to community members of Santa Clara County. We apply meaningful cultural frameworks with the hopes of encouraging pathways to healthy development, restoration, and lifelong well-being.

What We Do

ConXión strives towards a future where every person in our community has equitable access to resources and opportunities that promote their success and physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. We offer services that create opportunities for growth and sustainability for those most affected by social disparities.
