Network of Partnerships over Nearly Five Decades

Together, we amplify impact and transform lives!

Join ConXión’s partnerships with community organizations, agencies, and providers to deliver life-changing wraparound support against housing, food, mental health, and healthcare barriers.

Partnerships

ConXión to Community’s partnerships are essential to our ability to deliver meaningful, high-impact services to the communities we serve. By collaborating with schools, public agencies, employers, and community-based organizations, ConXión expands access to resources, strengthens service coordination, and ensures that participants receive comprehensive, culturally responsive support. These partnerships allow us to reach high-need populations more effectively, align services with community priorities, and leverage shared expertise to improve outcomes in education, workforce development, and family stability. Additionally, strong partnerships enhance ConXión’s visibility and credibility, positioning the organization as a trusted leader and increasing opportunities for funding and long-term sustainability.

Non-Profit Partners

Guided by a commitment to people, partnerships, and lasting solutions, ConXión works to advance social equity and collective well-being. We invite you to join us in expanding the circle of hope—by sharing your time, resources, and support—so together we can create meaningful and lasting change in our community.

Through ConXión participants have access to the below. However, through our partnership referrals can be made to any of the 19 other FRCs.
