Jose Badillo is the CEO and Owner of Advance Staffing, Inc., a California-based hospitality staffing company, and the Founder of Second Chance to Life, a personal growth and leadership organization dedicated to helping individuals transform adversity into purpose. With nearly two decades of executive leadership experience, Jose has led organizations serving thousands of employees while building a reputation for developing people, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for those seeking a fresh start. His work spans leadership development, workforce empowerment, entrepreneurship, coaching, and motivational speaking. Having overcome homelessness, incarceration, and significant personal adversity, Jose brings both professional expertise and lived experience to every organization he serves.

Jose is passionate about building stronger communities through collaboration, mentorship, and service. He has partnered with numerous nonprofit organizations, businesses, schools, and community leaders to create opportunities that improve lives and expand access to resources. His mission aligns closely with ConXión to Community’s commitment to empowering underserved communities through education, leadership, and economic opportunity.
