Every Wednesday, ConXión staff and volunteers run the food supplement program provided by Generations, ConXión’s Family Resource Center (FRC).

The FRC is a program brought in collaboration with First 5 Santa Clara to increase access to services and provide opportunities for parents/caregivers to become more engaged in their children's healthy development, school readiness and other collaborative efforts to improve their lives and the communities in which they live.

In response to COVID-19 we are operating a drive-thru for touchless pick-up.
